Coaching programmes
Coaching provides an invaluable space for personal development. Together, we can focus on very specific areas in your role, something you might feel stuck with or less well-equipped to handle really well.
As a coach, I will not only help you to find solutions and develop a wider thinking, but am also able to contribute from my years of experience in leading teams and programmes, bringing innovation and results to organisations.
Cool facts:
According to the Institute of Coaching, the benefits of coaching are many; 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more (source: ICF 2009).

What's next?-Coaching
Transition coaching is about empowering individuals to embrace change with confidence, adaptability, and a clear sense of purpose. It turns challenging transitions into opportunities for growth and positive transformation.
The goal is to support clients in adapting to new circumstances, making informed decisions, and achieving desired outcomes during times of transition. These changes can be both planned and unplanned, and they often involve moving from a familiar situation to an unfamiliar one.

Rising Star Coaching
Rising-star coaching is all about supporting someone at the beginning of their leadership journey. The focus here is on understanding oneself and one's potential more, understanding how we interact in teams and in leadership positions. I come alongside the Rising Star to enable and empower them to build solid foundations for their human-centered leadership career. This type of coaching often entails personal awareness exercises, strength finding and a personalised skills review.
