I know what it feels like to reach a crossroads in your career.
For years, I worked as a programme manager, leading complex projects and navigating demanding environments. While I loved parts of that work, I often felt stretched, uncertain, and unsure of what would truly make me thrive.
The turning point came when I began working with a coach myself — the insight, clarity, and confidence I gained from that experience showed me the transformative power of coaching.

Inspired, I decided to train as a coach so I could help others navigate change and flourish in their own careers.
Many of my clients come to me feeling undervalued, stuck, or uncertain about their next step. They may fear the financial risks of making a change, question whether their skills are still relevant, or worry it’s “too late” to pivot. Over time, these doubts can chip away at confidence and make the future feel unclear.

Coaching is about building what’s already there — your strengths, your ideas, your potential. It’s a structured yet creative process that helps you gain perspective, rebuild confidence, and open doors to new possibilities. I bring a combination of lived experience and professional expertise to my work.
I am an ICF-accredited coach, a certified Strengthscope® practitioner, and a CPD-certified master trainer, with more than 15 years’ experience in leadership and organisational development. This means I can support you both in uncovering what drives you and in taking practical steps toward meaningful change.

Clients who work with me often describe a renewed sense of purpose and energy. They rediscover their strengths, gain the courage to explore new directions, and create careers that feel rewarding and aligned with who they truly are.

Having experienced the power of coaching first hand, I know how transformative it can be. My role is to guide you through your own journey, helping you step into a career and life that feels energising, purposeful, and authentically yours.
