What I offer
I offer coaching and leadership training in a variety of formats
Face-to-Face workshops, online courses, 1-2-1 or group coaching and seminars. Depending on the need, in my native language German or in English (I have a British degree and have lived and worked in the UK since 1995). The aim of working together is always to help individuals acquire the skills and competencies they need to lead teams, departments or organisations effectively.
I am fully qualified systemic business coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also an Active Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a full member of the Institute of Leadership (London, UK).

Leadership Training and Coaching is my passion
​
I am a German and English speaking Leadership Trainer and Coach. I combine extensive training and leadership knowledge with years of leadership experience into powerful training development. I develop successful training sessions and programmes, leading to measurable change and improvements for individuals, teams and whole leadership cohorts. I do this for those who are starting off their leadership journey as well as for middle and senior levels. In training and in coaching, I focus on partnering with clients or participants in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Based in the UK, I develop and deliver coaching and leadership programmes internationally in English and German. Much of my work is conducted online but I am also available to travel nationally and internationally.

My approach
The journey from brain, to heart, to hands
I lead with the belief that leadership development must be real, practical and grounded in context. As a praxis-led consultant, I bring years of experience in leading diverse teams across product development, problem solving, business growth, and large-scale transformation. I know that no two teams—or leaders—are the same. So, I work to understand individuals deeply: their motivations, strengths, pressures and aspirations. This allows me to create psychologically safe environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported to stretch.

Leadership training, in my view, must go beyond the theoretical. I don’t simply teach best-practice tools—I help teams interrogate how these apply to their specific roles, industry challenges and cultural realities. I invite individuals to engage not just cognitively (brain), but emotionally (heart) and practically (hands)—so that learning leads to lasting change. This threefold model of training, coaching, and action learning is central to how I develop and inspire high-performing teams.

I motivate through clarity of purpose, co-created goals, and regular feedback loops that build ownership and progress. My facilitation style blends insight, curiosity, and challenge—encouraging courageous conversations and collective accountability. In times of ambiguity or change, I provide grounding while empowering the team to move forward with confidence.
