We want to make this a different learning experience to your usual uncomfortable classroom or online learning scenario. In the beautiful and relaxed setting of the Wildflower Café in Hampton Hill (TW12 1NT), which we have exclusive access to on the days of the training, this programme is specifically designed for leaders who would enjoy an excellent in-person, leadership programme within their local setting.
We seek dto eliver an excellent, high-quality leadership programme in a safe, relaxed and fun environment, where you can learn together with others and have a great learning experience!
For those of you who would enjoy a cuppa, a cold drink, a glass of vino and maybe a little nibble, those will be available to purchase from the lovely team at the café (I can vouch for the excellent cappuccino and muffins!!).

Our programme in autumn 2024 runs intentionally after the usual business hours. This is specifically designed to empower small(er) business leaders or those who do not receive this type of training offer at their place work, to attend without having to take time out of their day-to-date job.

With the pricing of the programme, (under £30/hr with the early bird discount), we want to make this leadership programme an affordable, yet high calibre offering for you.
