Managing change 

Change is everywhere and certainly is set to stay. So, leading change is a key leadership skill. In this programme, I concentrate on how change can be innovative, exciting, positive and part of a whole team's mindset by leading through change with a coaching approach. This is an interactive programme in which participants explore the power of a coaching leadership style, apply this to their context, and benefit from peer-to-peer or accompanied coaching practices.
